You can create as many marketing project requests in your queue as you want. Simply prioritize which one is most urgent/important and make that one the active project. Just like a Netflix DVD subscription, we’ll process your active project. When it’s done and approved, we’ll start on the next one you make active.
We try to turn around revisions the next business day. Small marketing and design projects typically take about 2 business days. Medium sized projects typically take 3-5 business days. If a project is particularly complex, we’ll let you know so you can prioritize your scheduling or break it into smaller tasks. For certain tasks, we bring in specialists who can complete the projects better and faster. Our goal is always to help you squeeze the most great work out of your marketing budget.
Each week we host open office hours on Zoom. Subscribers can get help and advice on any kind of marketing question or simply join in to learn about how other marketing teams are tackling their marketing challenges.
Since your marketing needs might ebb and flow, we allow you to upgrade, downgrade, or pause your subscription at any time. Our flexible pricing plans make it easy to manage both your projects and your budget. If you pause or cancel in the middle of a month, we will bank the remaining time for a future project.
